So here it is, 2020, it sure felt like it crept up on me this year, but you know what they say, time flies when you’re having fun, so here I am sat in a quiet cosy cafe on the outskirts of Reading, sipping on a deliciously frothy coffee deciding how best to talk about the plans I have for myself because 2020 is going to be my year.
2020 is going to be the year I build and grow my business and it’s also going to be the year I hold my hands up and take full accountability for my health because I can’t give the time and energy I need to my financial goals if I don’t put the time and effort into looking after myself first – which brings me nicely to the title of this post – A New Year And A New Me With Noom, because I’ve decided to recommit to my health and fitness goals with the help of the weight loss specialists at Noom.
